1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Teckzyy Tweaks ("Teckzyy Tweaks", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms of Service govern your access to our website, digital products, software, utilities, downloadable files, optimisation services, and related support channels.

By purchasing a product, accessing our software, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

2. Products and Services

Product functionality, compatibility, delivery arrangements and licence duration are determined by the relevant product description at the time of purchase.

Purchasing one product does not automatically entitle the customer to other products, premium features, future releases, or additional services unless expressly included.

3. Pricing and Payment Requirements

3.1 Current Pricing

All customers must pay the correct price displayed and confirmed during checkout, including any applicable taxes, charges and valid discounts.

Teckzyy Tweaks reserves the right to change advertised prices for future purchases without prior notice.

Updated prices apply to new orders and do not retrospectively affect completed and accepted purchases.

3.2 Underpaid Orders

An order may be considered underpaid where the customer has not paid the agreed total because of:

• An unauthorised payment reduction.
• An invalid or expired discount.
• An incomplete payment.
• A checkout malfunction.
• An obvious pricing or payment-processing error.
• Payment manipulation or unauthorised interference with checkout.

Where an order has not been accepted or fulfilled and the amount received is below the valid agreed price, Teckzyy Tweaks may cancel the order and refund the amount received.

If the customer wishes to place another order, the current valid checkout price will apply.

3.3 Legitimate Discounts

Discounts are valid only when authorised and applicable to the purchase.

Legitimate promotional prices, approved affiliate discounts, valid coupons and correctly applied sale reductions will be honoured in accordance with their stated conditions.

Customers will not be required to make an additional payment merely because a legitimate promotion has expired after their order was accepted.

3.4 Pricing Errors

If a clear and genuine pricing error occurs before an order is accepted, we may decline the affected order, inform the customer and offer the option of purchasing at the corrected price.

Any payment collected for an order that is cancelled will be refunded.

We will not impose unilateral retrospective price increases on concluded contracts.

3.5 Payment Methods

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include card payments, PayPal and other supported payment services.

Payments are processed subject to the terms of the relevant payment provider.

We may decline suspicious, unauthorised, fraudulent or unsuccessful payment attempts.

3.6 Additional Charges

We will not charge optional extras without the customer's express consent.

Any additional paid service, upgrade or subscription must be separately agreed upon before the additional charge is made.

4. Orders and Verification

We may request an order number, payment confirmation or other reasonable proof of purchase to locate an order or provide support.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraud, duplicate transactions, payment discrepancies and unauthorised purchases.

An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean an order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we expressly confirm acceptance or supply the product, subject to applicable law and the information provided during checkout.

Digital products may be delivered through:

• Email.
• Licence keys or activation systems.
• Customer dashboards.
• Discord support tickets.
• Other delivery methods stated on the product page.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and following reasonable activation instructions.

Any estimated delivery time will be displayed before purchase where applicable.

If delivery fails, customers should contact support. Their statutory rights regarding non-delivery remain unaffected.

6. Software Licence

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchased software is provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the permitted use described on its product page.

Customers must not:

• Resell or redistribute licensed software without authorisation.
• Share private licence keys.
• Bypass licensing or authentication systems.
• Reverse-engineer software except where permitted by law.
• Present our software as their own.
• Commercially exploit proprietary content without permission.
• Distribute modified or malicious copies under our branding.

Licence duration and device limits are governed by the purchased product's description.

Any suspension of licence access must be consistent with the agreed contract and applicable law.

7. Compatibility and Performance

Customers should review the stated system requirements before purchasing.

Performance improvements can vary due to hardware, operating system configuration, drivers, network conditions, background processes and the game or software being used.

We do not guarantee:

• A fixed FPS increase.
• Zero input delay.
• Zero network latency.
• A particular competitive advantage.
• Compatibility with every device.
• Permanent compatibility with every future game or Windows update.

Any specific performance representation expressly included in the product description remains part of the contract.

We do not guarantee that third-party games, publishers or anti-cheat services will permit every configuration or utility.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers should:

• Review product specifications.
• Back up important data before making system changes.
• Follow provided instructions.
• Avoid unauthorised redistribution.
• Use software lawfully.
• Follow applicable third-party platform rules.
• Contact support about genuine technical issues.

Customers must not use our products to engage in fraud, harassment, cybercrime or other unlawful activities.

9. Updates and Product Changes

We may release bug fixes, security updates, compatibility improvements and new versions.

Future changes will not remove rights or features already contractually promised without an appropriate legal basis.

Lifetime access, where expressly sold, refers to the specific licence commitment defined in the relevant offer, not an automatic entitlement to every future separately sold product.

10. Support

Support may be available through our official Discord server or other stated channels.

Support requests should include sufficient information to identify the product and problem.

We may refuse abusive or fraudulent support requests, while still meeting any legal obligations to provide remedies or necessary assistance.

Discord membership is subject to Discord's separate terms and community guidelines.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, statutory remedies and cancellation rights are governed by our Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal Policy.

These policies form part of these Terms of Service.

No provision of these Terms removes the customer's statutory rights regarding faulty digital content, improperly performed services or applicable cancellation rights.

12. Intellectual Property

All Teckzyy Tweaks branding, graphics, logos, original software, website materials and documentation remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Purchase grants only the usage rights explicitly described in the relevant licence.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury resulting from negligence.
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Breach of statutory consumer rights.
• Other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses resulting solely from improper use, unauthorised modification or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These limitations do not remove any legally available remedy for digital content that damages a customer's device because we failed to exercise reasonable care and skill.

14. Service Suspension and Termination

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to respond to fraud, security incidents, licence abuse or unlawful behaviour.

Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Termination or suspension will not extinguish accrued refund rights or other statutory remedies.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, operational or product changes.

Updated Terms generally apply to future transactions. Material changes to ongoing contracts will only be made where permitted by the contract and applicable law.

The latest version will be published on our website with its revision date.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws applicable to them.

Consumers retain their legal rights concerning where they may bring proceedings.
